供电故障导致萨哈林LNG厂产量大幅下降50%房产出售

据普氏能源资讯2月1日新加坡报道，俄罗斯萨哈林-2液化天然气（LNG）厂的作业者萨哈林能源公司的一名发言人1日说，在上周发生供电故障以后，该厂的LNG产量大幅下降了50%。

Russia's Sakhalin-2 LNG plant is operating at 50% of capacity following a power glitch last week, a spokesman for operator Sakhalin Energy said Monday.

"LNG production has been cut in half," the spokesman said. "The company is taking all measures to reduce potential impact on the hydrocarbon deliveries schedule."

The source declined to comment on whether Sakhalin Energy had declared a force majeure on LNG 花鲢养殖production.

A source close to the plant's operations said a power glitch at the liquefaction plant was reported late January 28 and production at the plant had been affected.

Sakhalin Energy is a joint venture between Gazprom with a 50% stake, Shell with 27.5% and Japanese trading houses Mitsui with 12.5% and Mitsubishi with 10%.
